Frequently asked questions
Is a Hackaiz scan safe for my production site?
Yes. Checks are read-only by default, paced and limited in volume. Website checks run only after you prove control of the domain, and nothing is ever deleted or modified.
Do I need to give you my code?
No upload is needed. A site address works for an external check once you prove you control its domain. For a Deep scan, you connect GitHub and choose which repositories Hackaiz can read.
What does it cost?
You pay in credits only for the work actually done; new accounts get welcome credits. Mobile Money and cards are accepted depending on your country.
What happens if my credits run out mid-scan?
The analysis pauses before any unpaid work, shows what was checked and what remains, and lets you continue after topping up. Repository scans resume where they stopped.
How long does a scan take?
A quick site check usually takes a few minutes. A Deep repository scan depends on the number of files and checks; progress is shown live.
Can Hackaiz fix the problems?
Yes. It prepares a fix for each finding and, after your approval, opens a GitHub pull request that you review and merge yourself.
Does Hackaiz work with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor or Supabase projects?
Yes. These stacks are a main focus: database access rules, exposed keys and AI endpoints are checked specifically.
Can Hackaiz scan a site I do not own?
No. A website or API is analysed only after you prove control of its exact domain with a DNS record or an HTTPS file, and confirm you are authorized.
Does Hackaiz rescan every day?
No. Monitoring reruns checks when something changes (a commit, a database change or a site change), so you do not pay for identical scans.
Which languages are supported?
The interface and reports are available in French and English. Raw evidence (code, URLs, headers) is always kept unchanged.
Why Hackaiz rather than a classic scanner?
Classic scanners show alerts. Hackaiz proves each flaw with evidence, explains it simply, prepares the fix with your approval and rechecks after every change. It is built for AI-app builders and small teams, not only for security specialists.
Is Hackaiz the same as HackerAI?
No. Hackaiz (hackaiz.com) is a product of HACKTUALIZ Inc., Delaware, USA. HackerAI (hackerai.co) is an unrelated company. Hackaiz was never called HackerAI.
How much does Hackaiz cost?
Monthly plans start at $19 (Essential), then $49 (Launch), $119 (Growth), $199 (Agency) and $349 (Business); Government is on quote. Each plan includes 100 to 2,300 monthly credits for analyses and fixes, and you can monitor as many systems as you need; top-ups cost $9 per 40 credits. Prices show in your zone currency (USD, EUR or XOF). New accounts get free credits to try analyses.
