Terms

Terms of use

These terms govern the use of Hackaiz, including authorized security testing, credits, remediation, and integrations.

Effective version: October 23, 2026A service operated by HACKTUALIZ Inc.

Hackaiz is a service operated by HACKTUALIZ Inc. By creating an account or using Hackaiz, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

  • You must provide accurate information and protect access to your Google, GitHub, and Hackaiz accounts.
  • You are responsible for actions launched from your account and must promptly report unauthorized access.
  • Administrative and team roles, when available, must only be granted to authorized people.

You may assess only repositories, websites, APIs, infrastructure, images, or other assets you own or are explicitly and sufficiently authorized to test. Websites and APIs require DNS or HTTPS-file control proof and separately recorded authorization for the exact domain. Repositories require verified GitHub App access; arbitrary GitHub links are not accepted. Technical control does not replace a legal mandate, particularly for agencies. Destructive tests remain prohibited. Logs are hash-chained without independent anchoring or a tamper-proof guarantee; retention and legal evidentiary scope remain subject to review.

  • Scanning, disrupting, or exploiting an asset without authorization.
  • Attempting destruction, exfiltration, privilege escalation, denial of service, fraud, billing bypass, or access to real third-party data.
  • Using Hackaiz to distribute malware, steal secrets, or facilitate illegal activity.
  • Circumventing limits, credits, access controls, or service security mechanisms.

Hackaiz combines rules, external sources, and artificial intelligence. Results include available evidence, coverage, and known limits. They may be incomplete, inconclusive, or become outdated. Hackaiz does not promise an absence of vulnerabilities or complete security and does not replace human review, penetration testing, or production monitoring.

Hackaiz prepares a file preview without modifying GitHub. Your explicit approval then authorizes a branch and draft pull request; Hackaiz never merges. Client websites and databases cannot be directly modified. Automatic validation is limited to the reported checks, not a security guarantee. You remain responsible for review, deployment, backups, and business consequences. External fixes that cannot be automated are provided as guidance with targeted retesting.

Operations use credits according to the work actually completed. Because that work cannot be known in advance, Hackaiz does not announce an amount before launch; the total actually withdrawn appears after the action. Monthly plans (Essential, Launch, Growth, Agency, Business) include monthly credits and change-driven monitoring of an unlimited number of systems, each consuming credits; top-ups, for subscribers only, are sold in blocks of 40 credits for $9; monthly payment activates the plan for 30 days and credits remain valid for 2 months. Annual payment activates the plan for 365 days at the price of 10 monthly payments, immediately grants 12 months of credits valid for 13 months, and does not renew automatically. Agency/Business report branding covers the name, logo and an HTTPS link; it does not transfer product rights or alter technical evidence. Client budgets cap credit spending, not separate bank billing. Credit top-ups are reserved for subscribers. Prices are set in dollars and shown in USD or EUR, paid by card via Stripe, with no per-country discount; the charged price is the one shown before purchase. Welcome credits (10, or 20 when signup comes from a partner link confirmed by SiteViral, with consent) are granted once per person (verified email, variants included, disposable addresses excluded); they pay for scans but not automatic fixes, and a given target benefits only once every 90 days. Creating several accounts to obtain them repeatedly is prohibited. A failed technical operation may be credited back under the displayed rules. Purchases made before this version remain valid until the end of their paid period. Taxes and applicable terms are shown before every purchase.

Your use of GitHub, Google, Supabase, Gemini, Resend, or another connected service is also governed by their terms. Hackaiz is not responsible for their outage, API change, quota, or decision.

You retain rights in your repositories, content, and data. You grant Hackaiz the limited technical rights required to provide requested features. The service, brand, interface, and engines remain owned by HACKTUALIZ Inc. or their respective owners.

The service is provided with reasonable care but may be interrupted, changed, or limited for maintenance, security, or third-party constraints. To the extent allowed by applicable law, HACKTUALIZ Inc. is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit, data, or operations arising from the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using Hackaiz and request account deletion. HACKTUALIZ Inc. may limit or suspend access for risk, unauthorized use, future non-payment, or breach of these terms, with appropriate notice where possible.

Applicable law and jurisdiction depend on the contractual relationship and mandatory protections available to you. No specific jurisdiction is asserted here without supporting contractual documentation. Questions: contact@hackaiz.com.
