Three tiers
- Registered Partner: 10% of each referred customer's payments for 12 months. Tracking link, marketing kit, email support.
- Advanced Partner: 15% for 24 months. Verifiable badge, advanced marketing kit, early access to new features, priority support.
- Trusted Partner: 20% for 36 months. Co-marketing, guest posts, webinars, dedicated contact.
Becoming an Advanced Partner
- At least 3 months as a Registered Partner.
- At least 15 paying customers, active for 60 days or more.
- At least $2,500 in cumulative customer payments.
- Hackaiz certification (sales and technical), verified identity, no disputes.
Becoming a Trusted Partner
- At least 9 months as an Advanced Partner (12 months minimum since joining).
- At least 50 active paying customers and $25,000 in customer payments over 12 months.
- At least 85% of customers still active after 6 months.
- Two Hackaiz certifications including an advanced one, no reports, validation interview.
How commission is calculated
- It applies to the referred customer's real payments, from their first payment and for the duration of your tier at that time.
- A promotion applies to customers who first pay after it.
- Nothing on welcome credits, refunds, unpaid invoices or self-referrals. One sale never earns two commissions.
- Paid through SiteViral after a 30-day validation and identity check. Partners who joined through the former ambassador program before 2026-10-21 keep 20% on their existing customers.
What the program is, and is not
- It is a referral program: you share your link or code, your contacts subscribe themselves, you earn a commission.
- It grants no product rights: no discount, no resale, no white label, no free credits.
- Managing projects for clients? Use the Agency plan. Offering services (setup, fixes, audit)? Join Hackaiz Experts. The three are independent and can be combined.
Key terms
- Independent partner, with no employment relationship or authority to bind HACKTUALIZ Inc.
- You disclose that you are paid when recommending Hackaiz (FTC rules in the United States and local equivalents).
- Forbidden: spam, false claims, bidding on brand keywords, self-referral. Any fraud cancels commissions and removes the partner.
- Taxes are your responsibility. Tier reviewed yearly, downgrade with 90 days' notice. Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice.
- Brand use per the provided kit; confidentiality; governing law: State of Delaware (HACKTUALIZ Inc.).
