Credits and interrupted work
Understand a pause and where to purchase credits.
Before starting
A zero balance blocks scan launch. Paid actions need available eligible credits. No action total is quoted in advance; the actual credits deducted are shown afterward.
When work stops
If credits run out, review the unfinished analysis and its unchecked items, then purchase credits from the credits control. Continue where the scan offers that option. A permission error is a technical problem: buying credits does not fix it.
Balance, eligibility and the actual receipt
Available credits and eligible credits are not always identical: some credit sources have restrictions. A zero balance must prevent launch. Hackaiz does not announce an action total in advance; review only the actual amount deducted after work. Help requests do not launch a scan or a correction.
When the scan pauses
An unfinished analysis retains useful observations but is not a completed audit. Read the checked and unchecked items before buying more credits. After purchasing, return to the original analysis and use its continuation action if available. A separate new scan should not be mistaken for continuation of the same run.
- Note the platform and interrupted analysis reference.
- Open the credit purchase control and complete payment with the displayed provider.
- Wait for the credited balance before continuing; contact Help if a confirmed payment does not appear.
Payment and permission problems
A pending payment is not the same as credited funds. Do not repeatedly submit payments to resolve a permission error. A technical authorization failure needs investigation, not a purchase. Include a transaction reference or scan reference in a ticket, but never a card number, one-time code or payment credential.
